Delivery/Shipping:

All prices are in U.S. dollars. If the products you order are in stock it should take 3-4 business days to process the order. Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order. We ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on national holidays and do not ship to PO boxes. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service in continental U.S. Shipping charges are automated for the U.S. mainland. If ordering outside the continental U.S. we use United States Post Office Global Express Mail. Your credit card will be processed for a second time for shipping and handling once the exact weight of the order has been determined.

Returns:

We do not offer refunds on wedding dresses, only in-store credit so please measure carefully. There will be no exception to this policy. We do offer refunds on all other merchandise. To return merchandise or a wedding dress you must email us at info@beachcomberbride.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) within 5 days of the delivery date. We will issue a RAN# and the return package must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the RAN# being issued. We will then credit back the purchase price of the merchandise once the package has been delivered to our address and meets the requirements of our return policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend you use UPS or USPS with return receipt for your protection. We will issue a refund or in-store credit only when the following conditions are met:

1. Request a RNA# within 5 days of the delivery date of product.
2. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the RNA#.
3. The packaging slip with your RNA# is in the package
4. The returned product is in “new” condition. The dress must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered and with all packaging. Shoes cannot have any toe imprints or scuff marks. There will be no returns on damaged or worn products or if the return is after 7 days of the delivery date.
